Warranty: Repairs and Rewelds

Repairs and rewelds for jump rings welded by Eternaluxe Linx are waived up to 3o days after your initial appointment. Repairs or replacements due to lost chains or stretching are not covered under our warranty.

After 30 days, a rewelding fee of $10 applies to all chains purchased through Eternaluxe Linx.

Rewelds for jewelry from other permanent jewelry companies can also be completed but Eternaluxe Linx will not be held liable for any damages to the chain that may occur during or after the reweld. 

If you need your jewelry repaired or reattached, please contact us to schedule an appointment.

NO REFUNDS, discounts, or exchanges will be given for lost chains or charms. Rewelds for medical removal purposes are free of charge. Jump ring rewelds for all other reasons are warrantied for up to 30 days. 

Eternaluxe Linx is not responsible for misplaced or broken chains, or allergic reactions caused by wearing the jewelry.

Returns for Online Orders

To request a return, you can contact us at contact@eternaluxelinx.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues for Online Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items for Online Orders
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds for Online Orders
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
