“Permanent”, “forever”, and “claspless” does NOT mean your jewelry is indestructible. The longevity of jewelry is dependent on the care and lifestyle of each person. If caught or snagged, the chain may stretch or break.

Customers under the age of 14 will be required to have a parent or legal guardian present and a clasp must be attached to their jewelry for safety purposes. Clasps can be purchased and attached at the time of welding. If the clasp attachment is refused at time of attachment, a waiver must be signed by the parent or legal guardian stating they understand the risks associated with claspless jewelry on minor persons under 14 years of age.

If you have medical devices such as a pacemaker or defibrillator, please consult your doctor before considering permanent jewelry, as the welder’s electromagnetic field may interfere with the device. Protective eyewear will be provided by Eternaluxe Linx and MUST be worn by the customer at the time of welding.

NO REFUNDS, discounts, or exchanges will be given for lost chains or charms. Rewelds for medical removal purposes are FREE of charge. Jump ring rewelds for all other reasons are warrantied for up to 30 days. 

Eternaluxe Linx is not responsible for misplaced or broken chains, or allergic reactions caused by wearing the jewelry.
